The ENGB-G231 class will challenge students to identify and describe environmental, topographical and fuel factors which influence the behavior of wildland fire. The student will be introduced to crew boss responsibilities that occur during and after a mobilization. The student will evaluate hazards and risks on various incidents as well as describe how to mitigate them.
This is not a free class. Each person will need to send a check made to N.E.F.D.A. in the amount of $54.12. The fee covers the cost of all class materials. This is a non-refundable fee. Registered students that are not able to attend are encouraged to send a different member as a replacement. Mail checks to:

No PPE will be required.
