Event Description:  
The Office of the Texas Statewide Interoperability Coordinator will host a meeting to discuss progress made toward the Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan (SCIP), discuss and vote on proposed new initiatives of the SCIP, and learn about and discuss current and future Texas activities related to Public Safety Broadband and FirstNet. This conference will focus on the specific needs and priorities of Texas.

September 19th - 8:30AM – 12PM (Strategic Advisory Group Meetings)

Rooms have been reserved at the meeting location (Crowne Plaza Hotel) for September 17th thru the 22nd (for those that want to stay throughout the TARC meeting) at the State government rate of $85. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel. You can book directly at this link or call 877-227-6963. The cutoff date to book a room is August 25, 2017 for the state rate. Note all travel costs will be the responsibility of the meeting attendee as SWIC travel funding is not available for this meeting.
